🚚 Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders — FREE SHIPPING
All prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping across India.
There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.
Simply choose an available online payment method at checkout and your order will be shipped at ₹0 shipping cost.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India on eligible orders.
A ₹99 COD fee will be applicable to COD orders.
This fee covers the additional processing and handling involved with Cash on Delivery orders.
COD Shipping: ₹99
Prepaid Shipping: FREE
Minimum Order Value: None
📦 Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed, we will begin processing it.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout.
🚚 Delivery
We ship orders across India through our delivery partners.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Your tracking information will provide the latest updates on your shipment once it has been dispatched.

AUMM cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched.
🔎 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via the contact information provided at checkout.
You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment until delivery.
⚠️ Delivery Delays
While we work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances such as:

- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Remote-area delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Other circumstances beyond AUMM's control
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
❌ Failed or Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or has provided incorrect address/contact information, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to AUMM.
For COD orders, repeated failed delivery attempts may affect the availability of COD for future orders.
