We want you to love what you wear. But in case something doesn’t feel right, don’t worry, we’ve kept returns and exchanges super simple.

Return & Exchange Window

You’ve got 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Just make sure:

  • The item is unused, unwashed and free of any odour

  • Tags and original packaging are still intact

  • It's not a final sale or clearance item

 

Received Something Damaged or Defective?

First off, we're really sorry, that’s never the experience we want you to have.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (helps us speed things up)

How to Return

At the moment, we do not offer pickup service for returns.

To return an item, you’ll need to self-ship the package to us at the address we’ll provide upon your return request. Just a heads-up: the shipping cost will need to be covered by you.

Once we receive your return and it clears our quality check, we’ll issue your store credit.

Once we receive your item and it passes our quality check, we’ll issue your store credit.
Please allow up to 7 working days for it to be processed and shared with you.
